New Genre of Splendor


Was browsing through Facebook couple minutes ago, and there I was enticed by one link attached on my friend's page. The magnanimous French fashion house, Dior, apparently held a presentation for their brand new Addict lipstick range in one of the  so-called enthralling cities in the globe, Paris. It's interesting how Dior finally did what Missoni and other brands among their peers did, presenting a new range of product in the most beguiling way. This undoubtedly high-budget presentation took place at the suite of Plaza Athéneé couple months ago, showcasing opulent ambience and the luxury brand's artifacts, emphasizing on the Addict Lipstick range, in every corner of each room. Looking at the pictures, I was impressed by this sort of new approach that Dior practiced ; the fashion house managed to establish such beauteous arrangement without looking desperate to its rivals and aficionados. The fact that Dior Lipstick's video ad, which starred the everlasting ace model Kate Moss and directed by Jonas Akerlund, goes exceptionally hand-in-hand with the presentation, Dior gain straight As from me and everyone else I bet. Long story short, Dior defines and twists the meaning of luxury. Nonetheless, the big fat question mark still remains ; who's going to continue the legacy of the infamous anti-Semitic Galliano? We shall see.
